Don't be afraid to go above 3% if you need to. Some of these are very strong, but for me the non-tobaccos almost always work best at 5%.
From your list I'd definitely include Coconut, Mango and Almond. Those are a few of my faves at 5%.
Has anyone found a good percentage for Tobacco Symphony or Morning Rain? These smell great, but they're super weak. I've tried 1, 2 and 4% so far with no luck.
All if the other Inawera tobaccos I have work well from 1-3%, so I'm not sure what to do with these two.
I've had quite a few of both. Definitely hits and misses on both sides, but I'm still using mostly Hangsen for tobaccos and haven't found a regular use for Inawera. The Inawera fruits are great though, I'm just not a big fruit vaper.

Try Capella Graham Cracker at 1-2% with a good tobacco like Hangsen. The Capella mixes well with tobaccos but will quickly take over a mix if you overdo it.
