I was discouraged when I first started DIY. I'd recommend starting with some simple single flavor mixes and go from there.
Edit - didn't notice you already had the same idea. Don't give up. It's worth it.
Give it two days on the Hangsens. After that you'll pretty much know what it's gonna taste like. I don't notice much of a difference if at all between two days and two weeks. Usually mix at 7%.
I tries it on its own at 5 and 10%. It might be ok in a mix at a lower percentage.
I'd also recommend the Sugar Cookie for vanilla/sweetening. It's very underrated. Also the chocolate toffee is very dark but very nice. I prefer it by far to the brownie.
Good choices. The peanut Butter is one if my favorites from Capella. I dig the graham cracker too.
I've heard good things about the cheesecake, but all I get is a weird sour taste.
I'm working on lowering my nic level. So far down to 14 from 24, but at a certain point I start losing the throat hit on certain flavors. Some almost knock me down where others are just too mellow. I like a good solid punch in the throat.
What are the most powerful flavors y'all have found?
I had a button issue that I emailed them about after warranty. They never asked where I got my eVic, but sent me a custom firmware update the next day. I was shocked at how good their service was.
My theory is that it depends on where the package is going. I'm in Texas, and since the beginning of the year ECX shipments get held in Bellingham for 4 to 5 days every time. Doesn't seem to matter when my order was placed. It's enough to send me elsewhere unfortunately.
You may be right. I'm not sure I can accurately measure less than 1% without wasting a lot of base though. I was also bumping it up when I thought I might need to cover up something wired with my base, but now I know it's fine.
I do add koolada and a bit of menthol to my base, so I'm wondering...
I can tell it is indeed excellent. The chocolate is the best I've had if I can get it right. I suspected my base, so I'm vaping it now flavorless and it's just fine.
They're all from the gourmet line (Baker's). I got the Coffee Mocha, Chocolate Truffle, Cream & Charlotte and Coffee Liquer.
I normally mix flavors low, so I'd be surprised to have to bump these up so high. I added another 1%, so I'll see what 3% does for me. I can tell they'd be great without...
I picked up a few of these recently. Mixed at 1 and then 2% they all have the same strange overtone/aftertaste. Can't put my finger on it.
Aside from the weirdness they're great. Has anyone noticed this? I'm wondering if I need to mix it stronger maybe. I'm using my usual 50/50 base.
Haven't had Tampa in a long time, but it used to be my adv. there's definitely a bit of AP, but the tobacco blend is hard to guess. I'd be interested in something close.
