    I think that whatever you need to do to keep you away from cigarettes is a step in the right direction. If it were me, I would not be too harsh on myself because you could be smoking instead. If it throat hit you are craving try a different vg pg ratio. Maybe try a different juice.

    I choose to live in Arizona, but all of you crying about 90+ weather kills me. It's been hot here since April and won't cool down till October. Plus when the monsoon moves in humidity goes up and the temps stay the same.

    I have vodka in a dropper bottle that I use. I just put a few drops in the atty have some paper towels under it and then dry burn a couple times. Works great and gets rid of the flavor.
