Nothing is really plug and play, or I should say.. Plug it into a battery and forget it. Cartos are the easiest but you still need to learn how to experiment and tweak devices to your liking, especially with clearos or refillable tanks. I have yet to buy anything that was just perfect from the...
What device did you rebuild? I have been rebuilding my Evods, protanks, and befor that vivis for a while now. I can do these in just a few minutes after doing them several times. It gets easier. If you are rebuilding a gennie or something more complicated it will take longer.
The gourmet honey is very good but must be used sparingly. I made a mix of black cigar, em, and gourmet honey last weekend. It is very good but I only used 2 drops per 5 ml of the honey. I think it has a lot of potential as an add in flavor.
I have several. I change flavors about 3 times per day. One of my current favorites:
TFA RY4 double 8%
TFA Cotton Candy (em) 4%
TFA Vanillin 1.5%
This is excellent. Very smooth and well balanced flavor.
These are very easy to rebuild. I have been rebuilding my protanks with square braid cotton wick and 32 ga kanthal. 4 wraps of wire and I'm getting 1.6 - 1.7 ohms. I am not using any flavor wicks. They are working great.
 at this thread. The guy will probably not post again. Well I take that back.... If I did something like this I damn sure would tell anyone about it.
I have been mixing the super concentrates at 2.5 - 3% and the flavor is pretty strong. I made the mistake of mixing the gourmet honey at about 2% in one of my recipes and it was way too strong.
Edit - this is with a 50/50 mix of pg/vg
