Pv/pg should last for several months to a year or longer when stored in a sealed container at room temp. Nic juice in pg or pv base will last for a year or longer in the freezer. There is much debate about how long it will last at room temp and if you open it regularly. Oxygen breaks it down...
WL is my favorite source for nic juice but I don't think they are selling 50/50 mix right now. You could buy 48 mg Pg or Vg then cut it 50% yourself. This is very easy to do.
The easiest thing to do (in my opinion) is to buy the nic base close to what you want, then buy super concentrated flavors from vaping zone. They only need to be mixed at 2 - 5 % which won't change your pg/vg or nic % very much. Then of course you need some bottles and measuring equipment. I...
LOL at this thread. I have 2 protanks that I have been using for a few weeks and they are great. I did experiment with the flavor wicks a little but I never leave anything alone.
Leaking has not been a common problem with the new version. It sounds like something is wrong. You should be able to...
Got it... So you assume everything you mix is instantly ready for vaping. It would be awesome if it worked that way but this hasn't been my experience.
They won't taste right immediately after you mix them, at least that has been my experience. So assuming your base is good and you are measuring correctly, I suspect that this is your main problem.
Per made juice mixed as you describe should be the same thing you would end up with if you made it yourself. Are you doing any type of steeping after mixing or trying them as soon as you mix?
The VZ Black Cigar is very good. It doesn't taste much like a cigar to me but I like it alone and it mixes well with other flavors. One of my favorite mixes so far contains VZ Black Cigar, TFA Cinnamon Danish, TFA Graham Cracker, and VZ Coconut. It's really good.
Cleaning it won't take life out of it. So how long it lasts is really dependent on how much you use it and your choice of liquids. And how much power you run through it. These are really easy to rebuild though.
You might want to experiment with some different hardware. Tanks (some call them clearos) are easier to clean and switch flavors.
Best of luck. It is well worth it.
Smaller diameter is probably in the future. Your best bet for now might be a mod that uses a 18350 battery. They are larger diameter than an ego but pretty short and not all that heavy. Many mods have shorty mode for this size battery. I use my vamo this way most of the time.
I just rebuilt the 4 Evods I have in rotation. Now all are sitting in front of me loaded up and ready to go. I just can't decide which flavor I want tonight.
