    The studies are out there. They just do not get acknowledged. Every time someone from our side goes to meet the FDA or goes to a state legislative meeting, I think we should pile them ALL on the desk next to us when we speak! We have to dismiss this myth "e cigs have not been studied".

    They can't hide forever. We need to find out when this comes up for a vote. (we should have a chance to speak right??). If and when this occurs, please let me know and I will be there.

    97% well said!! You are right, enough already! We are killing our own society at its core! I honestly don't know what is worse, the control grab/money grab from our politicians and big government, or the citizens who allow it and welcome it?? Really a close call!

    Russ, we are ALL counting on you and your GOOD work!!! I am in NJ fuming over what is going on with this legislation. We are keeping a close eye on this case. NJ may need a reality check next! Many Vape stores don't want to step up for some reason and fight. Looks like it is up to the consumers...

    Sure they can. It just cant be called Marlboro Flavored. I may be off base on this, tho I believe these types of restrictions were put in place some years back. I don't recall seeing all of the "branded gear" they used to promote either. They DID just buy Green Smoke.

    I don't think BT is allowed to rebrand any of their cigarette products anymore.
