It is tiresome trying to figure this thing out (partly why...
This is floating around facebook... A blog from The Hill. Its nice to see us finally getting some positive exposure!
Why do nanny-staters hate e-cigarettes? | TheHill
Yea, I get it. Feburary will be two years without a smoke for me. I STILL get cravings when I catch a whiff of someones lit cigarette. Its just not easy (for everyone) period!! As much as I say, I'd NEVER go back, In my heart, I know that is just not a true statement. I always ENJOYED smoking...
The other thing I still can not comprehend......If we were limited to "tobacco" flavors only, who is to say what is acceptable?? Each liquid maker has their own take on tobacco flavors. Some are sweet, some are dry, some are Virginia, or burly. There are probably hundreds if not thousands of...
A really good point. We all say e-cigs have only four base ingredients, but some folks DO forget that the ingredients themselves have ingredients. I am not trying to indicate that any of them can be compared to traditional tobacco cigarettes, but trying to keep it real.
For me??? I just don't know? I have hundreds of flavors in my cabinet. I use the majority of them, as I get bored quickly. Flavor restrictions would hurt new vapers more IMO. I remember going through a ton of different flavors and vendors, before I figured out what I REALLY liked and wanted...

I haven't seen this anywhere yet. I thought it was interesting! As always, Thank you Dr F for the good work you do!

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I have tried with patience to read this thread and your posts objectively. I find moving forward, my ignore button will be used for the first time. One too many cheap shots at those fighting ALL local, state and federal legislation on a volunteer...
So, sounds to me that Congress' wishes were not met?? There has not been any follow up on this?
From your link:Subjecting established and thoroughly studied low-risk smokeless tobacco products to the entire gamut of new testing described in the IOM report is unnecessary, expensive, and...
So I guess we are not conspiracy theorists after all huh?? And lets not forget Mitch Zellers previous job as a consultant working along side the pharmaceutical company(Glaxo-Smithkline). Oh and by the way, revolving door between FDA and BP as they regularly employ each other!
Thanks for...
Double A are you implying if the results were reversed, we would see a headline something like: The public has spoken! Ecigs should be banned everywhere!
:D:facepalm:
VPLive Vape Team Episode #85: Inside FDA Regulation - YouTube An interview with an attorney that specializes in food and drug law. A good perspective. In summery from someone that knows the law,.....this whole deeming can go either way. The FDA DOES have the power to hold e-cigs to the same...
I'm sure e-cigs threw a wrench into their plans. I don't see them changing anything to accommodate the ecig industry either. This is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole!
