I agree, though, some of the biggest hurdles are still on the table. There is no way smaller companies can keep making their own liquids with the current approval process. They IMO DID NOT HAVE TO regulate hardware. I don't see Innokin and the like seeking approval from the FDA. These regs are...
All of these vendors "welcoming regulation" must have pretty deep pockets?? The way I see it, as of now, there are a very few companies who will be able to get some of their products approved. This is a very complicated process as it stands now.
The not banning internet sales and flavors is a simple distraction the more I have been thinking about it. People need to look at this below the surface.
I dont understand the celebration myself. I am not a lawyer or anything of the sort. I do know that the SE process was and is a big issue. I really need to hear from the lawyers on this. Interpretation is everything! Not to mention the application/approval process.
I don't think there should be ANY celebrating until we have some questions answered. The SE and any type of approval process could be disastrous. Lets not forget the pile of apps already sitting on the FDA's desk. We need to hear more from attorneys. I have yet to see Bill G's thoughts on this...
TRUE, though we dont know the context of the regulations. If the climate has changed a bit and the FDA somewhat eases its stance, maybe things will calm down on the local level. I know this is wishful thinking on my part.
