I occasionally get logged out just after responding with multiple paragraphs, so I "CTRL+A" (select all) then "CTRL+C" (copy). just in case ECF hiccups. I hate typing everything twice. I then use "CTRL+V" to paste it all upon login. I know most people are familiar with this, I'm just being...
I started out with a Joye Ego/510 passthrough, then, after reading all those "I wish I had saved my money and just bought a Provari" I got one. Best single vape investment I've made to date. I still have those passthroughs and they still serve me well. :)
I hear you on the clones! I've only used Joye and they've been good to me. I hope someone out there has tried both and can add their experience :) Good Luck!
Hard to go wrong with Baditude's recommendations. I have a whole family of vapers and they recommended to me what this ECF member recommends:

Oh! yes, your leak: I wish I knew where you could source that seal. Have you searched ECF? I've never had that particular leak, but I only own 10 vivis in total; two of which are the tank variants.
There's a tiny gasket up behind the 510 connector. Hard to explain, but if you remove the head...
Better that you involve others to "get the word out" even if there's a risk that you're pulling other reputable companies down with a bad one. The good companies will stand on their merit with the assistance of their loyal customers. :) I always make sure the company I'm dealing with is an ECF...
Same thing with Kanthal here in the States. I called and they told me the same thing :) You know, you could become the "King of Kanthal" for Southeast Asia with that much.... :) I just wonder what the Gov. would think of you selling Heating equipment in a warm country like Singapore :)
Good thing about ECF is that we all frequent most of the suppliers here. I know it's after the fact, but doing a quick search here on ECF will save you a lot of hassles later. MadVapes and Mr.Baker are tried and true vendors here.
wow. If they are ECF approved suppliers, I'd definitely inform the Admins! It's not unheard of, but I don't hear of it often. Sorry to hear your misfortune :(
