Welcome to ECF JL0187. I haven't personally tried the KR-808s, but pretty much everything else :) VISION Vivi Novas are very common and very well known, so I'd agree with the other comments about them. The learning curve is extreme, but as I'm sure you can appreciate your health is most...

You can be sure it's a solid connection. Takes some practice to get it to stick under the o-ring while tightening the center post, but variable ohm readings while vaping are a thing of the past for me.
I've had my Provari for about 6 months and I am still impressed with the quality of construction and overall performance. Two relatives have also purchased theirs and are very happy with them. "Save your money and just get a Provari" as they say ;) Welcome to the Cult :)
If you like the Terminator and you have the funds, Clouds Of Vapor finally has the GG/Ithaka up for sale. It's part Odysseus(Terminator) and much more. This is the reason why I haven't been very active in this thread ;)
Ithaka
And the official thread here on ECF...
Well Imeo I finally put my "money where my mouth is" :) This cheap Ody imitation has shown me just how impressive your creations are so I've order my Ithaka! I'm a happy puppy :)
VG + distilled water should do the trick for you. VG can have a slight sweetness on it's own.
a simple calculation for the amount of water in your VG mix would be:
a 10ml batch = 9.5 ml VG + 0.5 ml water.
Great to see this thread is still going :) My Terms are my daily vape and give me little/no trouble now that I know it's quirks and oddities. I wanted to chime in on securing the negative wire, since the method I use with is not as well known.
I flatten the end of the NR wire with a drill bit...
They shamelessly copied the Odysseus and want to keep a low profile would be my guess.
I've been away and very busy but wanted to add that both my SVC Terms have been working great with no problems. They are my daily all day RBAs and are holding up well so far.
I wish I could point you in the right direction on that MrJoel. I began with a Joye eGO 900mah passthrough and some CE3/4s. Since you can't adjust the voltage on these particular devices, you'd have to chose your coil wire gauge and wrap your coils carefully. I hear the lavatubes are good bang...
Hemp twine will take more abuse than cotton. I hear the hemp is tougher than bamboo, but I cannot verify this. Hemp gives off it's earthy taste when it starts go dry.
I've been able to get an acceptable cotton candle wick vape from my AGA-T, but I had to drill a second hold so both ends of the wick are in the tank. No chance of chaining though. Seems the Genisis-styles just don't like organics :/
You can drop a bit of fluid directly on the coil and a drop to the left and right of the coil. I do this everytime I rebuild using cotton. PVs that have built in resistance testers will burn the cotton(if not damp with fluid) when checking the resistance. I'm not saying all of them do this but...
Kanthal is available on many e-cig sites and en-mass on Ebay. I buy 100 ft. at a time.
If you're vaping on cotton, and the taste was good at first and then burnt, that's usually due to the coil being too tight. Cotton needs room to breathe :)
I personally prefer 4 wraps. My suggestion is to...
