    I've drilled mine out to 1/16 (which is equal to 1.587mm) and think I could go a little more. I do like to direct lung inhale though, and that method really requires more air flow than the mouth inhale. I think 1/16 is a good compromise to keep the flow good for mouth inhales and lung inhales...

    I'm not familiar with their flavorings, but typically I would start with 5% and work up from there if needed. Banana flavorings can be strong sometimes, so be careful.     Just FYI - rebuilding coils in a Vivi/Protank/T3/etc. will not give you anything close to the same vape as a true RBA/RDA. I'm not saying it won't be better than the stock coil/wick, just don't expect miracles.

    I agree with most of what you say, but some juices can and will leave bad and/or lingering odors - some Halo juices are the first to come to mind. ;) I try to vape only pleasant smelling juices when I'm at work or a non-vapers house. :)

    Yes, a larger air hole will help, but thicker wire with more wraps is the answer you're looking for. Try 28awg with a 6/7 wrap or there-abouts. Widely spaced coils.

    ^^^^ MVS is where I got mine. Be aware though that I originally bought 1 and it had the fatter o-rings (no slippy cap), then I bought 3 more (got them about a week ago) and all 3 had the thinner o-rings. Had to buy new o-rings for those.
