I had an issue with a shorter pin as well and within minutes I had a response from the vendor. Only an issue with two of my mods but I was encouraged to send it in for repair. The best customer service! Means a lot to me. -

Anyone try the new purple efest 18350 in the micro? Looks like a flat top but hard to tell from pics. Need more 18350s. I know nipple tops are recommend. Don't hv any flat tops to try.- pt91

I have tried several soaps, etc and a cheap vodka bath (mason jar) works best for me. -

Importance of mods/batteries vs Toppers. Do we have it wrong?
topper design, engineering and user set up is way more critical than the power source. We love mods because they are the part we hold and look at..the real work is where the juice cooks :). took me almost six years to find the topper that works best for me. still love the bottom parts but...- pt91

Out of all of my RBAs, Prometey 2 provides the best vape and taste by a wide margin. If I can get my second one I will probably sell of most of my existing RBAs. I vape the same juice in all of mine and each has a different taste. I can't seem to replicate the Prometey 2 vape on any of the...- pt91

Only works on my little bagua and my microstick. Connection is almost flust on spheroid....maybe a little lower than flush -

Liking my spheroid more everyday. One issue I have and honestly can't get my hands around is it will not seat low enough on my larger mods to connect. Will only seat low enough to fire on my smallest mods. Am I alone? Doing something wrong? I know the pin doesn't adjust but it just stops...
