    I am inclined to think faulty top gasket as well. I bought several spares for down the road and hope they aren't crap. You definitely shouldn't have to go through this for a pretty expensive RTA. I hope you find a replacement you like as well or better.

    I keep thinking maybe the top cap is somehow pushing and twisting the gasket as you tighten it down. I just looked an mine and the big flat area of the top cap is very slightly recessed from the outer rim so I don't think it is forcing down hard on the gasket. Odd indeed.

    That is so strange. Vaping mine now and looked at the gasket, flat top cap, etc and am puzzled what could cause that. I can't remember if there is a spare in the box but probably not since I ordered some spares to be safe. Pls keep us updated and fingers crossed for a quick resolution to this...
