    My insurance states tobacco products not nic. If they test for nic then people trying to stop on "approved" products and heavy vegetable eaters may test positive. I am not too concerned about that. It would only come up if I had a big bill. Insurance is the "them" to me.

    How often do you change coils?

    I change the coil on my RTA every 4 weeks. I re-wick once a day (rayon). If not the taste drops significantly (for me). I don't use throw away coils as it would be crazy expensive to change so frequently.

    GG tubes and punched and non punched cartos if I remember right. Some how I never tried a cigalike and missed cartomizers, egos, spinners, etc. Went from mechs to VW. Settled on VW and RTAs (top flow only). Some where in there did a few years of squonkers but just too messy for me.
