Put a toothpick or paperclip down the center of the wick and then wrap your coil. It keeps the wick from bending/deforming and it will with how thick the 28 is.
When your coil is wrapped, pinch the top part of the wick with your fingernail so the wick is between the toothpick and your nail and...
well Ive only had a genny for about a month now and always have had a hard time with shorts because something shifted or moved, either the coil or the wick itself. Whenever Id go to fix the short on a 'seasoned' coil it would just break. It probably doesnt help that it bounces around in my truck...
Its crazy thick, lining the wick is a must when wrapping a coil. I dont see this coil breaking down for at least a few weeks like the 32 does. Only drawback is you need like a 7-8 wrap otherwise its too low on the Os.:vapor:
I cant see zen ever using a wire in anything he makes, it would be a potential failure. Id guess he would machine the body of a standard down and the inside of the CF tube to give a flush finish. Im just guessing tho:unsure:

you need some stout dual coil 3-4 ohm cartos to rock out that high...which can be done the same with a dual coil 1.25 at 3.7v. Dual coils take alotta power to taste good. Even the juice means alot...High voltage vaping is not for newbies. Usually requires stacking batteries,which is not safe...
