    I used 2% Horchata in this, only to help smooth and add that cinnamon flavor.. I have seen some say as high as 15%, but I wouldn't go higher than 8. Why? Because I rarely do solo flavors. I love a bit of the complex :laugh: Try it, it's terrific in so many recipes. I had to share this one...

    I'm thinking on adding something like a ry4 or some virginia and cowboy to this.. perhaps around 2-4% but thinking on the hickory, maybe 1-2 toothpick drops instead of a 1%, as I only want the "hint" of smoke..
