Yep I was thinking I'd have to try different coil ga and take temp at hight of five second fire to limit the variables. It would also be interesting to see the effect of different wick materials.
That's strange... I think Rob ships on Mondays Wednesdays and Friday's I usually get shipping notices at midnight on those days. Maybe shipping notice tonight?
Steve another vote for just a grand plus RM2 I was a guy who thought VV was a must but now will never own one. With the RM2 you can dial in your coil ohms to give you that VV experience without the fail risks that VV can pose.
Another +1 for the RM2 the only thing I rock atop my grands! Since you're overseas add an extra spring $4 (just incase you short your grand) some orings and extra RM2 screws and extra bottles all super cheap and worth it if far away from Rob the Reo Master
RM2 is simple and amazing. You'll be building coils like a champ in about five minutes it's so easy. Like everyone said above the grand with RM2 you can dial in your coil to your preference. I was so sold on vv before my grand. I thought yeah but I need vv.. not the case... The RM2 is fun...
