    It might be the PG or like others have said, it might just be that supplier. Don't leave the bottles open or in sunlight. Open air and sunlight will break down nicotine. You just put them in a cool dark place for a bit and shake them up once a day or so.

    Agreed. Higher nicotine levels never tasted different to me, but they definitely give a stronger throat hit (which I hate).

    What mixture of PG/VG are your juices? PG kind of has a medicinal taste to me. Sometimes VG has an off taste as well, but I wouldn't call it medicinal.
