Yes, it's the XL2. The atty looks great but needs modified to be right. The insulators on the center post are too soft, allowing it to be pushed up. I kept having to adjust center pin on the Poldi. Also the square piece that swings, the corners can touch the negative post when at 45 degrees... -

When I used carto tanks Boba's was too thick to wick so I would dilute it with PGA. I'd add 1ml to 100ml bottle of juice. The nice thing about PGA is it evaporates out easily if you thin it too much. Distilled water is much cheaper than Everclear though, so you might try it first. -

I use the skinny Ekowool doubled and pull it through the coil with a piece of wire. -
Mechanical's and RBA's myth, where did it come from?
I think you worded it wrong. Once you use a mech with a properly setup RBA, you have to use an RBA on it. There's no going back. BTW- before I traded my Provari for mechs I used an RBA on it exclusively. -

The taste disappearing is probably your coil getting gunked up. I only use BB in RBA's and usually do a dry burn ever 2-3 days. The best way to steep it is get a 100ml bottle, it'll steep as you work your way through it. I keep two 100ml bottles on hand, when first runs out I order another one... -

Ekowool is a type of silica, braided though. Mine gets dark with some juices, mostly tobaccos. And tobaccos are what I mainly vape. I'll rinse them and dry burn every couple days. -

I went back to silica and ekowool in my micro coils. Thought they'd have trouble keeping up wicking but they are doing fine. -

What size batts do you use? If 14500 its a Mini, if 18490/18500 its a Mini 2.0 or 2.1. If you follow Rob's video it's really easy to do. -
Any Reo Grand owners live in Southern California in Orange county?
My hands are smaller too. I think the 2.1 is the best fit. The 2.1 rests on my pinkie with the other three fingers wrapped around it and thumb on button. The Grand isn't as comfortable in that position for me, being taller and wider. To me, the 2.1 just feels more natural to me. It could just be... -

RM2 on an original mini
They work as good on the mini as the grand but you can't go too low with the coil. The 14500 has limits you need to know. I think it's a little big on the mini but that's just personal preference. I've got an oring under it to hide the gap.
