You can do it on those. I've got the two post version and center post comes out pretty easily. Too easy actually. If I don't have it screwed to a mod the post wants to spin when I tighten the screw on the wire. -

You are going to need VG and distilled water to dilute that 100mg base to a vapable level. There are things you can add to increase throat hit but you might not need it. I'd try without first. -

Which gauge non resistance wire?
I think it's much easier when both wires are the same size. If one is smaller it wants to wrap around the bigger one rather than twisting together with it.- unloaded
