    am a heavy smoker now trying ecig 1st time

    I smoked for over 40 years and was at 2-3 packs a day when I started ecigs. Lucky for me it took right away and I haven't had a cig in nearly two years. You can do it. Just stick with it. Even cutting back means you're healthier already. Good luck!
