    Yes do get extra heads they only last a couple weeks so you want to be prepared for when they do go out. The rebuilding is for different type of atty that doesn't take "heads" and you are right the cotton itself on a rebuildable can be changed whenever you want without rebuilding the coil.

    It's always good to have backup stuff for sure. I usually leave my house with an extra battery. All the other stuff.... Cotton, wire, and such, you would be wise to have extra at home for when you do need it. But I know people that don't have extra anything, they pay the b&m "to do all that"...

    Op Just get in touch with them and I'm pretty sure they will send you out a new envelope to use. I'd ask anyways.... I wouldn't just pay to ship it back. They have always gone way above for me. That's one of the reasons I like them. Super cool to deal with.

    Exactly why I use mechanical! Couldn't have said it better... I have had too many regulated ones fail & I got sick of buying new gear all the time. I'm still using the first one I bought and it looks like it'll be a number of years before I need to replace it. Frickin indestructible!
