    Usually for new mixers I would recommend something around 48 or 60, but right now I'd say go for 100. As Rossum said, it takes up less space. Also you get more bang for your buck if you factor in shipping costs. Maybe buy some lower nic for now to learn and plan on getting 100 for stockpiling...

    If the flavoring comes from a vape shop that sells what the FDA is defining as 'tobacco products' it will be defined as a tobacco product because it can be assumed to be for the end use of vaping, I think. I'm pretty sure the flavoring would have to come from some place not associated with vaping.

    This has been mentioned a few times in this thread, but losing that battle would not have put us in any better of a position. I'm pretty sure it would have been way worse if we had not 'won' that one. Just my possibly uninformed opinion.

    I've been wondering today if there is any legal grounds to challenge this as it is actually a ban? I mean, the FDA isn't allowed to ban them right, but effectively they are because the hoops are scientifically impossible to jump through. Just thinking out loud.
