    If you look at your orders on their site, the order number (12a34567) should match the order number referred to in the e-mail. The second number beginning with "#", lol. I suspect that bracketed number is some type of ticket number/tracker/thingamajig. Something to keep track of correspondence.

    Do you have any interest in a vanilla vape? If so, I would recommend the Vanilla Black Tea. For a tobacco, to piggyback on y cherry y 's suggestion, Vanilla Wild Wood. How about Pearadise Dream? I'm not into pears, but I've heard good things about it.

    How young (I know it's young, lol) is your Caramel Wild Wood? I wasn't gaga over it in the beginning, but I did come to appreciate and really enjoy it -- with my last half-a-ml, ha. It was about 2 months old then.
