You can fill them by dripping liquid in the top, or by injection, I don't know how much they hold exactly. More than 1ml. -

Kiosk in the Malls
I don't think people understand the overhead this guy has to pay just to be there. He's dumping 1000 to 3000 dollars a month in rent down the drain just to be in that mall... Then he pays employees, taxes, theres a reason those prices aren't the same as online vendors. I can make a strip steak...- kno

the rubber stopper in the bottom of the cartomizer should be removed prior to use, I took it out before filling, i doubt it matters much whether it's in or out when you fill it up... so long as it's off by the time you use it. -
