    Up the nic. For 6 years I vaped 36mg nic, mtl, on a kayfun between 10 & 15 watts. I had tried 3 times before to vape but the higher nic did it for me. Just remember that even smoking one less cigarette a day is an improvement. Don't beat yourself up too much. Wish you the best!

    I vaped 5mls of 36mg nic daily for then last 7 years. I just dropped it to 24mg with the new year. A new juice will make my throat a little sore and give me a slight cough but no congestion for the first few days days.
