yeah but that 19 was the max speed, average was 7.1, that's a little slower than I usually run but I was feeling a little lazy today.
and the 19 was brought on by a steep hill LOL
I found this cool app called Relive that works in conjunction with Strava, (and other sports tracking apps) that makes a "3-D" of your ride.
