    Battery memory?

Hang on, which "510 kit" did you get? If it's one of the little ones the size of a real cigarette, then 30-45min is about right. But yeah, all rechargable batteries should be charged before use. Nothing you can do about battery life if they're not charged first.

    Cigeasy's Go-Go and Go-carts

Thanks. Really liking the cigar tip because it's not only a great size and good looking, but it's wooden. Love wood stuff. When I'm in a tobacco-flavor mood, I go for USA Blend. Right now I'm in my minty phase, lol, so I'm liking madvapes ultamint or my home-made creme de menthe and...

    Cigeasy's Go-Go and Go-carts

Thanks folks. About plugging the airholes, I have found that, don't laugh, stuffing a bit of tissue up the cone works better than trying to plug the airholes on the Go-Go. Since the Go-Go's airholes are on the battery, I was worried that a bit of sticky stuff from cellophane tape might cause a...

    Vape-lixir-trails-Talk TV???

I agree. I've been watching a bit of all of them, was mainly watching VapeTV and ElixrTV, great fun. Lately I've been watching a lot of VapourTrailsTV and actually won one of their contests. First time I'd won any of the vaping tv contests so naturally I had to do a video, lol:

What Would You Like To See MadVapes Carry?

A variable voltage switching regulator with caps and a potentiometer, handling at least 3amps. I built a vv mod using a Texas Instruments PTR08100W and it's working great, also does not get hot. Trouble is, one person buying these individually, the module is about $20, so a bulk buy from...

Statistical Analysis of Bloog Cartomizer Ohm Ratings

Another way of finding the carto/atty resistance would be a microcontroller ciruit inside the pv. Feedback the amps and volts, let the ucontroller display the ohms.

    big brother variable voltage circuit

From what I can tell, the Big Brother is using a boost circuit, not a step-down. It says it is using the 2x14500 batteries in parallel, meaning it's at 3.7V (4.2V fully charged), but he's doubling the amps by putting them in parallel. So yeah, his circuit has to be raising/lowering the voltage...

Just made my first nicostick with about 90% success

Couple of things, already posted is yep, every joint needs to be soldered. Second thing is that in an e-cig, we're dealing with high amperage here, everything in the box needs to be rated for 3amps or better, that includes the wire used. I use only 20 gage or fatter, meaning lower number...

Do you guys taste soap with TopVapor liquid?

I normally get perfect juices from madvapes. But last month I got a couple that I'd bought before, but these smelled and tasted like someone had dumped a bottle of perfume in them. I let them steep, didn't help. Tried vaping them anyway, and they made like a chemical burn in my mouth...

    Some thoughts on control

I'm thrilled to have found this thread. RJJ, you and I are thinking exactly along the same lines. In my mind, we need to move beyond putting a liquid onto a raw coil, shoving a guesstimate of amperage into it from a dangerous lithium battery to heat it to who knows what, and sucking the vapor...

Ready to start juicing - what to get from V4L?

I don't see the difference between wow and premium either. But one thing I've found is that darker juices tend to clog up my atty/carto. I've since gone to only picking clear juices. I'm into madvapes ultramint right now, really refreshing, tastes like Ice Breakers gum.

My road to vaping one month in~!

The Ego T does seem inticing. I'm happy with my XL clearomizers so far, I fill up all 5 with the syringe and I'm set. Will have to look at the Ego-T some more. Thanks!

A couple weeks or so in

Congrats to both of you. I love clearomizers too. Hey, when you get your passthrough, if it's 5V, remember to use a higher ohm clearomizer than on a regular e-cig battery, like 3ohms or higher, otherwise it's probably going to taste burnt. If you're into those minty flavors, you might want to...

    cleaning out a addy

When I still used atomizers and carts, I'd take off the carts, pull out and throw away the filling, then put the attys and carts in a medicine bottle of warm water and shake it gently for awhile. Then rinse. Dry with tissues, put in some new filler in the carts, put in liquid in the carts...
