    Is that a brass screw?? Sanding down the screw to a more flat surface seems to have helped me a bit. Will have to empty the tank and get the coil dry to really tell for sure though.

    Yeah I pull the insulators out of my Zens first thing. Did Zen fix the conductivity issue? I was following it for a while and saw he out out a fix for them, did it actually solve the conductivity problem?
