When that happens to me I tighten the adapter to the device first,sometimes just a touch from my pliers. Then just don't tighten the Stardust as tight. -

If you keep a clean empty juice bottle, I just pour whats in my tank into the empty bottle ,Go rinse out the ViVi,Dry the whole thing off especially the wicks ,Dry burn if necessary and add my different juice. It really is easy to change juices that way. -

Yah, I think the filler needle is to short and causes a lot of problems because of the way you have to torque it it fill. Could be whats causing people to break the vacuum seal . -
