Hey six ( Reminds me of a band) you might wna check that you didnt punch the carto too hard, deforming it. shyt get really tight if you do. Try taking a pair of pliers and evenly squeeze around the carto where you punched the holes at. You'll soon realize that it dont get stuck no more. But then... -

Interesting, never had that problem before, check you seals. If there isnt vaccum in the tank, it will leak. Either that or you liquid's too thin.. -

are you using a low resistance dual coil carto? Your PV may not be able to cope with the current draw. Or, the carto is too low of a resistance, making your pv think its shorting out, thus, protecting itself. Hope this helps -

charger for AW IMRs
True that. Then use a quick charger when in sticky suituation. Or, have more batts. Lol. The Trustfire has overcharge protection. I've not gone through any problems do far. -

Remember, for your batts to last the longest, you shouldnt stress them. Charging on high voltages stresses the batts. I would say charge them using the trustfire charger (they charge at 4.1..... volts 0.5amps, .... because every charger varies in voltage) for normal use and high current charges... -
