    Any RDA with adjustable airflow. The Tobh clone gets my vote, but remember you will need some Kanthal A-1 wire and organic cotton. You can get Temco wire with free shipping on amazon for $8.     The voltage does drop but it doesnot drop like bomb. I stay around 1.7-1.4ohms on builds and I run a cartotank with standard and low resistance cartos. I get a very good vapor and flavor. The best flavor coming from an RDA.
