Unless your liquid is made with chlorine and burned with Coke(high carbon fuel) or made with sulfuric acid(these are parts of the two main processes used to extract TiO2), you won't have anything to worry about. I don't dry burn or use mesh, so no worries there for me either. Plus Ti melting... -

@mouse - Sounds like you have a base that wasn't milled completely(collectors item!). If you look through one of the side air holes you should be able to see out the other side. Here's a pic of the V1 AD base, without the control ring on it. You should also be able to see through the Center... -

So, I did a build with rayon and used a tad less than I do of cotton, and it's working fine. The rayon also gives me the impression that it might wick slightly faster then cotton. -

I would try what leemc37 has done, use less wicking material. As he mentioned, just enough to contact coil. Cotton will swell slightly when it gets saturated and make more contact with the coil at that point. Also makes sense that juice will flow more quickly through less dense cotton. I've... -

What's about a Tilemahos in 32.5mm?
Now you just need to make a GG Stealth with 26500 battery for it, and I'm in!!!! :D Imeo, if you did make a mod for these, what size diameter would it be 30mm, 31.5mm, or 32.5mm? I might just pre-order one of these bad boys myself. -

That use to happen to me once and a while, but mine would start to gurgle first and I would just close the juice control until it stopped. Usually it happened when the wick(Koh Gen Do Organic Cotton) was old, almost a week. I got the feeling that the wick was loosing its 'holding' capabilities...
