    Thanks! Yes I do eventually want to quit....in fact I've been walking around with the patch (step 1; I have all 3 stages) in my purse for about 5 months or so...I'm just not mentally ready to quit yet. I'm hoping I can start out with vaping and then wean myself off to no-nic eventually

    Thank you for the suggestion Sally! I'll probably order both 18 and 11 to start...I googled how many mg's are in one Marlboro Lt and it said .8 mg, so I'd imagine 24 might be a big too much? I'll let you know how it goes, thanks again!

    @ Woman....I'm laughing only because I too have high ceilings and currently have 6-8 lightbulbs out in my house. I'm 5'2" so even a ladder wouldn't help me! :) The benefits of living in the "dark" are almost like the benefits of vaping....I'm going to be saving a lot of $$$ hahahaha! Thanks...

    Thank you!!! That's exactly what I needed to know because I don't want to overdo it and get sick from nicotine....although I was (am) smoking about a pack (give or take) of Marlboro Lights and have been smoking roughly 25 years.
