Using it straight out of the box with the coil and japanese cotton wick it comes with. 50/50 pg/vg juice. I get a lot of dry hits. I don't even hear the coil sizzling or anything. After 2 or 3 tries I hear a big "phut" and then a decent cloud.
Whats going on with this atty?
Do I need a stopper on the drip tip if I were to carry this in my pocket. Since I can see all the way to coil through the drip tip, wonder if it will leak if it's upside down.
So here is an update.
I made 2 coils out of 28G wire (7 wraps) for two of my erlkonigins. I still get fluctuating resistance across 3 devices. I also got a new lemo 2 which came coiled and wicked out of the box. Even that is showing fluctuating resistance. Is there something wrong with my devices?

I notice this is happening even in my kayfun lite across all of my three batteries. I tightened the screws, but still the same result. Should I ditch the 32g? What's the best gauge wire to avoid this problem?
