Over Current Protection on eGo-C Twist 1000 mAH Batty

Hi, anyone knows the upper limit for current on this batty b4 its over current protection would kick in? I want to figure out what is the lowest Ω of atty I can use on a certain voltage. For example, if the atty is 1.7 Ω and I am running it at 4.5 V, then the current will be 2.65 A. Is this too...

    Vaper's Tongue?

Thank you all for the suggestions. I will try them. Seems like it's time for me to get a couple more tanks for rotation. Now, this sounds ... um, very sexy ;)

    Vaper's Tongue?

Well, I only have one clearo right now, so I do vape the same juice until it's done but I have a small capacity clearo though, 1.5ml. And I have like 15 different juices, so I do switch to a new flavor when the one in the clearo is done. I do try a stronger flavor, like peppermint and it does...

    Vaper's Tongue?

I have been vaping - and cig free - for a little over a month. For the last couple of days, I can't taste any flavor of my e-juice. It's just nothing no matter what I vape. I heard something about "vaper's tongue" which seems to describe my situation. But what I don't understand is when I first...

    Burning Question

I really don't get your point. On one hand you say but on the other hand, your rant from the opening post is So, are you saying that an atomizer should last forever or at least for years like a cooking stove or are you saying that YOUR atomizers burns out more often they should?

    Burning Question

An atomizer is like a traditional incandescent light bulb. The heating filament is just a thin and fragile resistance wire. Can’t compare that to the big, robust heating coils found in electric cooking stove. It’s common and understandable when an incandescent light bulb burns out, right? So...

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

So, it's like a whole underground scene then, yeah? WOW! I hope the penalty for getting caught is just a ticket for a small fine and no big deal.

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

Serket, now I understand why you said you were shocked at the juice prices I listed. At first I thought you were shocked at the low price, but then I look again and see that I have indeed input the wrong amounts in my sheet and they were way too high ... I got confused when I was going thru' all...

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

I just check out mtbakervapor. Their prices are very good. $4.99 for a 15ml bottle. Too bad that I don't want to buy 15ml bottles of a single flavor for now until I get a more solid sense of what i like and don't like. But definitely will keep them in mind. Serket, how do you like their juices?

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

So far I like the juices from freedomsmokeusa. I am still new at this, so I don't want to buy large qty. of juices or try the high priced juice yet until I figure out my taste and liking. The idea of DIY juices does intrigue me though.

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

Being a newbie I buy samplers. I have been buying only from freedomsmokeusa. The price for their samplers are fantastic. BTW, the cost I list in the spreadsheet is the average calculated from all my batches.

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

My savings is good mostly b/c the cig I used to smoke (American Spirit) costs so much. Also, since I am new, I buy mostly samplers for juice and I haven't bought a lot of hardware yet. So, yeah, I am very happy w/ the savings vaping gives me.

I do both. The very last cell on the lower right take the hardware cost out of the total savings.

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

Yeah, the cig I used to smoked - geez, it feel really good to say "used to" - costs $8 - $10 a pack. I spent a few grands a year on cancer sticks, can you believe that?

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

Most definitely! Difficult to describe but emotionally I really do feel free, I mean I used to feel guilty every time I smoke a cancer stick and that I was being controlled by this urge to smoke.

    I Made a Cig-Free Calucalator - See How Much I've Saved Already

I made a Excel spread sheet to calculate how much I have been saving since not smoking and keep track of how long I have been cig free. It gives me yet another reason to not smoke.

Pet Peeve with Vendor Sites - Vendors, you should read this

While that is true for most smaller vendors, i do think that it is a chicken and egg kind of thing. I mean, if the site is well designed and managed to begin with, you will not see that many support requests, product inquiries and returns/exchanges. From my own experience: I mentioned that...

Pet Peeve with Vendor Sites - Vendors, you should read this

Maybe it is a an intentional strategy but it is a very short sighted one. Yes, they may be able to maximize the profit in a short run, but their business will not be able to survive very long, leave alone to thrive. The reason is that the 80% potential customers they ignore and leave behind...
