My next project....
I have the top cap finished... Just need the other 2 parts made (waiting on SS stock) Got the parts made from shapeways, and waiting on the custom magnets to be made.
What could it be...
hehehe
Dan
Drill the hole all the way through to the fill hole and slide a hollow tube in so it wont leak but provides air flow. Just pull out that pin and dill all the way through, then slide a hollow tube in it that goes in as far as the pin you have there.
Dan
LOL agreed that it is more a function of pressure differentials, I would like someone to put a clear cap on a zen atty so we can see the "Vortex" effect.
Boden.....
Dan
Well on every atty the air flow is hitting one side of the coil, with mine the entire coil is getting direct airflow across it.
Just sayin...
WHAT!?!?!?! LOL
Dan
Now this is what I am talking about :)
Reduced vapor chamber, cap screws flush to delrin...
The delrin is easily removable for wick and coil operations, and I back cut the center hole 45 degrees to the fill hole so I have air exchange.
Dan
Remember when said I was going to make a removable airflow restrictor/director for the Aquarius? I.E. something like this:
I am going to make another out of delrin that takes up the entire space in the combustion chamber, but allows airflow through the coil and directs it to the mouth piece...
LOL, hey what's a little hammer strike between friends. So my aim on the punch I made for the washers was a little off, new term for taking one for the team *ouch*.
Dan
I was wondering when someone was gonna drop hints LOL

Ok was out tonight and wandering through Michaels, and I saw it....
It called my name!!
I looked at it and found it to be perfect material...
It was...
A silicone baking sheet!! Approx 2mm thick...
So I bought it, brought it home and made this:
2 21mm silicone washers 2mm thick! PERFECT for...
Yes I already looked at IBtanked, and they can do 20mm x 15mm tanks at 9.00 a piece. The problem with the bevel is, it is only a 45 degree angle and not deep enough to make it from the edge to the seal, a flat cut would provide a better seal against the flat steel with a seal in between.
