Can I remove sugar from a juice concentrate to make e juice out of it?
Wouldn't it be simpler to use one of these on said concentrate, then synthesize the molecules responsible for the flavor?- HigherStateD

Arcing?
In the diagram, the situation on the right would be unacceptable no matter the coil. The battery would only be discharging it's stored current back into itself, and the only "fuse" would be the same...- HigherStateD

If the pitting is due to direction of electrical flow, and would result in the 510 pin corroding by flipping the cell, I'd prefer to clean the top of the cell to the eventually of the 510 wear, as a cell is easier to clean as well as replace.- HigherStateD
