    The 15% Pg / 85% Vg ratio is going to be too thick to wick well in that CE4 top coil cleromizer. They work better with 50/50 or even more % Pg. You might get by with taking a few hits then tip, twist & twirl to thoroughly wet wicking & allow to sit for awhile to re saturate.
