    To me that is a bunch of Nic, but if you need it to stay off the smokes, so be it. If it is too much you'll feel the negative effects of too much nic. When you do, stop vaping for a while & reduce nic mg/ml. If the battery is authentic you'll be fine with it.

    Better to just replace them when needed, trying to clean a replaceable head rarely ends with good results. Cleaning sometimes adds a few days or mils of liquid to their life, sometimes nothing.

    No, 2 coils that measure .39 each will result in .195 when installed in your rda. 4.2v / .195 = 90.4w and 21.5a battery draw. You've said you're using 15a CDR cells, 21.5a is pushing those way too hard, especially for someone new to mechanical/ rda use.
