Here's the link to the video on how to rebuild the Kanger E-Smart BCC coil's. Sorry for the posting delay, had internet connection troubles. Btw, the leads need to be cut below the surface in the center of the insulator, and along the edge of the insulator along the outer edge.
Normally, I would totally agree with you about nail clippers being better for cutting the kanthal wire. But, unlike the protank coils, the E-Smart BCC coils have a raised base that surrounds bottom of the coil making it impossible for nail clippers to get in deeply enough to trim properly.

Rebuilding Kangertech E-Smart BCC Coils has been figured out. First rebuild took a fair bit of time & patience, but was well worth it. Biggest problem was getting into the small tight space & trimming the legs(which my daughter managed to do with the scissors from my nail kit). We will be making...
