    1st Rookie Mistake...

    Just in case you haven't - GET HIM BACK-UPS! Way too easy to slip back if anything goes wrong. Get back-ups for the back-ups! Especially if he's going away! Things get dropped or hide or whatever. If he has a back-up, that's one less excuse to pick up a cigarette again. You're doing great so far.
