Today in health class my middle-school aged child was told by a public health department educator that vapes cause cancer and I should just use Chantix. Needless to say, I'm livid. I'm planning on penning an email to her health teacher and the principal and can use all the ammo I can find...
The long 808s had more mAh than the 510s, and at that time cartos were the only other option to the 510 atties with the filler in the mouthpiece. I got fed up with cartos pretty fast too. Used CE4 clearos for a bit but couldn't get the atty-on-top system to wick well. Found the bottom-atty...
Yeah, my 510s were manual. I switched to automatic 808s about 6 months later. Then I bought my Chucks. Then I switched to eGos. Now I use RTAs and 100W iSticks.
Woofer is correct. You can mix your base with your premix at 50/50 to get to 12. Mix the result with your base 50/50 to get to 15. Mix that result with your base 50/50 to get to 16.5. But by then your flavor will be gone ... and you'll never get to a true 18 even if you keep mixing.

I used cotton, tea bags, foam ... the batteries lasted all of 20 minutes in the early morning when I vaped heavy. I used 24mg niquid and was constantly getting a mouthful.
I'm surprised it worked. But it did. Been vaping for more than 6 years now.
I don't advocate for that. I think tobacco product is the right classification. Subclassifications are the next step, with the exorbitant taxes applying only to the ones with proven detrimental health consequences.
I know. I was hoping they'd defined vapor products as tobacco so They would be covered by the inability to tax. Alas, no such luck.
Given Illinois' history maybe he'll be arrested and removed from office.
Illinois hasn't set the age at 21, as far as I am aware. I've seen talk of it but only specifically relating to Chicago.
ETA: I don't think the age should be 21 either. If these kids are old enough to enter a binding legal agreement or go off and fight a war, they're old enough to smoke and drink.
Ya know, I don't have an issue with the purchase/possession by minors thing. On one hand if they're gonna do it I'd rather they have access to vapes, but on the other I don't think they should do either.
Wait, how was the purchase/possession by minors law implemented, as a stand-alone or as an amendment? If it was an amendment to an existing tobacco law, maybe vapor products are preempted too.
Nowhere does it confine the verbiage to business. The section header is as follows:
"SECTION 2.
75 Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to food, drugs, and cosmetics,
76 is amended by adding a new chapter to read as follows:"
