    pretty much yeah, only thing is you can't dry burn the cotton. So you have to keep it wet

    I rotate between red hot (like the candy), watermelon (kinda jolly rancherish lol), and menthol. All made myself, and vaping on an igo L built at around 0.7-0.9 ohms. In money saving heaven haha.

    personally I like long battery life so I'd go for the biggest ones 18650 I believe. And batteries shouldn't be problem coming through customs, they're just batteries. Heres a good place to shop for em RTD Vapor AW Batteries

    I get all my diy supplies at my local vape shop, they're good people. Never try to upsell you and are knowledgeable about the products.
