    I'll bet it's not your APC, if it's showing full charge, but your USB passthrough. Test it on your computer, see if it works or not...

    I ordered the same thing - it's a very simple recipe and to the point. Is discussing juice recipes and nicotine extraction methods forbidden here? (if everyone could homebrew that would hurt vendors), cause the cost to homebrew is a LOT cheaper than buying e-juice!
