    Your math looks good to me. 5v, 1.7 ohms gets me to 2.94 amps and 14.7 watts. MVP is a 3 amp limit, I don't see you getting much closer than that.

    Why would I be getting better vapor production at a lower wattage? Mvp2 evod coil wrapped at 1.3ohm. I get a LOT more vapor if I run at 11 watts than at 5 volts (17 ish watts) 85% VG if it matters... Sent from my LG-MS770 using Tapatalk

    I don't believe I'm over tightening. Just tight enough that it doesn't wobble. What's even more annoying is that if I put the protank or evods on my kanger ego batteries the center post on those pushes the bottom of the coil heads up forcing me to pull those back out a little when I put them...

    It's driving me crazy. I'm having to wiggle it back up at least once a day. Seems that the protank2 pushes the post down so far that when I put an evod or carto tank on they can't reach it. Would a tiny drop of epoxy or something hold it and not mess with the connection?
