    From close to death to fully charged i'd say about 4-6 hours on my external charger (Nitecore I2 charger) But that's why i have 2 sets of batteries, no need to wait all day to vape :P Can't lie though i'm probably gonna need a 3rd pair for those times i forget to charge em :lol:

    Yep i agree with this, happened to me once : mod wouldn't fire and said temp protected, upon checking the deck there was a tiny piece of wire stranded in the corner of the positive block i believe, took some pointy tweezers and removed it, afterwards 0 issues.

    site also says to press the + button while plugging in the usb cable, if that dosen't work could be the OS used, i have windows 10 and the process was about instant when i did these instructions. Also the cable provided in the box worked fine for me lol no need to buy another one.

    The only thing i did noticed is the backlight issue that was fixed on mine with the update (ie screen didn't turn off wether in standby or stealth mode) I think i'm getting better battery life but not sure about that.
