    Reactions To Vaping In Public?

    People generally ignore me or pretend they don't see me vaping. Occasionally, someone will ask me if that's one of those fake cigarettes. The most amusing reaction was from a woman at the bus stop who sat down beside me but quickly got up...coughing, no less...when I exhaled vapor.

    What's amusing is the reaction of people you rebuff upon learning you no longer smoke. They inevitably return weeks later and are astonished (disappointed?) that you're still using electronic cigarettes.

    I'm of the opinion that bans aren't going to prevent people from vaping. There's too much knowledge available to enable people to make their own juice and devices. And unless someone "advertises" that they're vaping, there's nothing to enforce. Bans, to me, are nothing more than a minor annoyance.

    My flavors are fairly compatible. They taste well when combined, so I don't bother designating specific carts for them. I just switch juices using the same cart.

    At one point I had so many tools I had to purchase a plastic toolbox. Then I decided ENOUGH already. Scrapped the toolbox, the accessories and the tanks. Now I just have my juice, refill cartridges, 2 syringes and a case to carry it in.

    What makes some smokers so resistant?

    I stand corrected. I probably should have said wanting to quit smoking is not the sole motivation for people switching to vaping. Nonetheless, some form of motivation is required; reasoning with a smoker is not enough.
