    If you are having a freezing issue, why aren't you sending it in for service instead of just writing your isolated issue off as an inferior product vs a Provari? You can Google search Provari issues as well and find people with defective units. Should their opinion of the ProVari be what yours...

    I was just in a discussion with a shop owner who claims the other shops in the area have been reporting him to the manufacturers for selling so cheap. He claims they are making a 70% profit and will all be out of business once the government takes their 50% while he will still be in business...
