    Ego One--help!!

The sad news is that batteries simply don't last very long no matter what kind they are. If you're looking for a good replacement and something very small, the new volt or an istick 30 watt are tiny and will get you through a work day and then some. If you want to upgrade from those options, my...

Aspire Clapton Vs Kanthal coils (What's the difference?)

Clapton wire is a 24 or 26 gauge wire with a smaller 32 gauge or so wire wrapped around it. These can be kanthal or nickel usually. I would suggest watching a build tutorial on a clapton wire and then you will see what you're using.

    New setup help

I use a VTC mini at work and keep it in my pocket. Goes up to 75 watts and lasts an entire work day with a fresh battery in the morning. Currently running my OBS Crius and loving life.

    Mod/ Set up Opinons

I was delivered my OBS Crius tank 2 days ago and it's fantastic. I use it on my VTC mini and am now waiting to get a Cuboid. If the Cuboid performs 80% as well as the mini, it should be great. The battery door is solid so no worries there.

    Flavor burnout.

You might try using juices from one extreme to another to get your taste buds kickstarted again. I usually use my diy custard but have to take a few hits of fruity (Lost Art Mystery) once in a while to remind my mouth what it's supposed to taste like. Lemonade type juices work well to invigorate...

Where's all the KY vapers at?

I'm in Hopkinsville which is near the TN border. You can find it by looking for Fort Campbell Army Base. Where are you?

    Subox mini problem

The Screw Off currently being sold at Vapor Hut would do the trick. It's $37 + shipping so not the economical route but it will fix the problem. It has a floating center pin that will bridge the gap and do it well. I think the money would be spent more wisely buying a new mod or tank... or both. :)

    Kanger Subtank .2 ohm coils?

Titanium wire or Ni200 might be an answer to getting more out of a subtank. I use TI in my subtank plus and it can still make me choke on occasion. It really sounds more like it's time to upgrade to either something with a dual rba/rta like the billow v2 or the TFV4 with the dual rba head...

    need an new tank

I went from my aspires to an Ego One tank. I still keep an ego one mega for odd occasions and it works great. With the upcoming proposed changes, you may want to look into a tank with a rebuildable coil. It's a lot easier to do than most people think and much cheaper than buying coils. A Kanger...

    My First CLAPton, Yay.

Awesome job on the first of what will be many claptons. It might be the 70 watts burning the juice so you may want to turn down the power a bit. My next comment is only a suggestion from the pictures you posted. You might try to keep a little more tension on the 30 gauge to keep the coils...

Single or dual or triple coil?

Since the device is made to be used with 3 coils, I would think that it would produce the best with that setup. Now then, the type of wire used such as the clapton or twisted wires seem to produce better flavors for me while not taking away from good clouds. Different wicking methods can change...

    back to the beginning :D

I completely understand how the tech can move so fast that you feel like a babe in the woods. After a few years of working and not keeping up, computer equipment has changed so much that just the reading of current info is like taking a second job. Hang out at ECF a little more and you'll be...

    Ecig (dot) com

Hi Pam. It turns out that the Koopor Mini is exactly 24.5 mm wide. Perfect for the TFV4. I have an Encom TNT 80 that uses a single 26650 that's a perfect 25mm with my Subtank Plus. I want the new gear for work in hopes that it will be a little lighter with more conveniences. I sometimes work...

    Ecig (dot) com

Thank you for putting some ease in my decision to order from a new company for me. I've ordered from VapeNW, MFS, NudeNicotine and once from a company in CA. called Grotto Vapes, all with great success. With the prices that ecig.com has posted, I may shoot much more business their way. Thanks...

    A personal update

I diy my juice to 4.5 to 5 mg and am considering cutting it down to 3. I stress too much and the nic keeps it under control for me. I'm hoping for a 0 nic transition by July of next year. Slow and steady will win my race. Congrats to you.

    Aaaaaahhh....spire finally

I loved my Nautilus. I still have it too. That tank helped me more than I admit and it really did give great flavor. If it had a rebuildable coil option, I might pull it out of retirement. I also have the istick 40. Great little stealth box for vaping on the DL.

    Phantom from horizontech??

I work with a guy that uses this tank. I've taken a few hits from and I don't like it. Just my opinion. I really don't believe that it's as easy to fill as claimed and I don't see the benefit over something like a Subtank mini. Please post your feelings if you buy it.

    A great group

As you learn more, your knowledge may help others. I've been vaping for 2 years and still ask questions concerning all aspects of vaping here. I will even humbly admit that 1 or 2 members may be smarter than I am. :)

Your thought's on cleaning sub ohm occ coils?

Trying to re-use spent coils usually has caused headaches and heartaches. I've never been able to bring a coil back to good. This is the reason that I now look for tanks that have the RBA for it or a rebuildable option like the ego one CLR coils. You can buy an ego one mega for about $17 and a 5...
